A 90-minute paradigm changing online offering for those in or approaching peri-menopause and menopause

ABOUT

An inspiring and nourishing 90 minutes  - including an introduction to the 5 Elements map of menopause to help orient yourself in the cycle of change, invitations for self enquiry and a guided meditation to help you connect with the qualities and gifts of each phase in your own body and being.

I am passionate about supporting people through the soul journey of menopause. I am also passionate about the 5 Elements model which I have been working with for nearly 20 years in my work as a shiatsu practitioner.

This framework represents both a map of the cyclical nature of life and a model of wholeness.

As a map, The Five Elements gives us a way of looking at and understanding the menopause journey as a process so we can see the bigger picture of what we’re going through, while showing us how we can be in alignment with what's happening as it's happening so we can understand how to meet our needs at each stage of menopause.

As a model of wholeness it also lets us see where our strengths and weaknesses lie, and where we are being called into growth. Attending to each of the phases in turn ensures we’re not unconsciously missing anything.

There will be opportunities for you to ask questions and share your experience, however there's no need for you to share anything if you don't want to.

Just turn up and receive.

Get comfy - wear something comfy and luxurious, or just your favourite pyjamas! Bring blankets, cushions, a journal and pen, your favourite cuppa...

See you there!

"The Menopause Map has illuminated that there are cycles within cycles... and I will emerge to start a new cycle. I am now curious about what the next stage of my life will bring"

"I have always viewed menopause as part of a cycle and had thought that I am approaching the autumn of my life, which to be honest was a bit depressing. The Menopause Map has illuminated that there are cycles within cycles, and although I may not be in my 30’s anymore, I can explore the autumn/metal stage of my life knowing I will emerge from it to begin a new cycle... Rather than be worried by this I am now curious about what the next stage of my life will bring."
