Support & accountability
to move towards a thriving practice that supports both your clients and you
Sometimes a little help can go a long way...
Using a blend of mentoring (advice gleaned from my 15 years of experience) and coaching (helping you to find what's right for you and accessing your unique inner resources), I can support you to take steps forward in building your ideal practice; one that feels in alignment with who you are, authentic, nourishing and supportive... and that you feel passionate about.
I can support you with the inner stuff:
transforming resistance and blocks
identifying when core wounds are at play and transforming them at the root
reconnecting with your inner resources and deep wisdom so you can find your way forward
And the outer stuff:
identifying and honing your niche so that you can attract the clients you feel passionate about working with
creating marketing materials that feel authentic while really speaking to your ideal clients
making goals and keeping them (accountability)
Standard session - 1 hour £45 - £65

"You held the session in a wonderfully open and supportive way... [It] left me in a deeply relaxed, peaceful but focused place... [and] reset my compass in a direction I really like..."
"You held the session in a wonderfully open and supportive way, and encouraged exploration and discovery so it really was like each of us taking turns to sail the ship out onto new seas.
Beforehand I’d been quite tense, irritable and sleep deprived for several days. The session left me in a deeply relaxed, peaceful but focused place. It reset my compass in a direction I really like.
It’s a tribute to your empathy and your skills that we were able to work as well as this on a first session when we didn’t know each other."
